  • Tulsi

Restoring balance. Calming the nervous system. Returning the body to center.

Tulsi, also know as holy basil, is a plant long revered for its ability to bring the body back into balance after stress or depletion. Tulsi sessions are deeply regulating and supportive to the nervous system.

This treatment weaves together soothing therapeutic massage, gentle lymphatic care, and subtle craniosacral listening. The work encourages circulation, supports the body’s natural detoxification pathways, and invites the whole system to soften into steadiness. Many people leave Tulsi sessions feeling grounded, settled, and quietly restored.

    Rose

Heart medicine. Womb nourishment. The soft power of tending what is tender.

Rose sessions center around the heart, chest, abdomen, and pelvic bowl. This work is deeply nurturing and often includes lymphatic breast and chest care, abdominal massage, and external uterine alignment techniques that support the natural positioning and vitality of the womb.

These techniques are offered externally and with clear consent, helping to support circulation, ligament balance, and reproductive wellness. Rose sessions are often chosen by those seeking care for menstrual health, pelvic tension, postpartum support, or a deeper relationship with their reproductive body.

The external uterine alignment techniques offered within Rose sessions are practiced with deep respect for their lineage. This work traces back to Belizean Yucatec Maya midwifery traditions, passed forward through the hands and teachings of Miss Beatrice Torres Waight, a respected Yucatec Maya healer and midwife. The knowledge was later shared with my mentor, DeAnna Batdorff, who has carried and taught these practices with reverence and care.

It is an honor to continue learning from and stewarding this lineage. The work is offered with gratitude for the generations of women and healers who preserved these teachings and trusted them to be shared.

The spirit of Rose invites softness, openness, and gentle repair where the body has been holding.

    Mugwort

Clearing pathways. Awakening movement. Supporting deep release.

Mugwort has long been associated with intuition, movement, and transformation. Mugwort sessions tend to be more structurally focused and exploratory, working with deeper layers of tension held in the fascia, pelvis, spine, and hips.

These sessions may incorporate neuromuscular therapy, craniosacral work, and focused manual techniques to help unwind persistent holding patterns in the body. Mugwort supports deeper release and can help restore mobility, alignment, and energetic flow where the body has become guarded or restricted.

This pathway is often chosen when someone is seeking more targeted therapeutic work or deeper structural change.

Each session is ultimately guided by careful listening. Your body’s needs, comfort, and consent shape how the work unfolds each time you come to the table.

  • Your session will begin with a brief conversation to review your intake, discuss your goals, and determine the most appropriate approach for your body.

Treatments are performed with a gentle, precise, and anatomically informed approach. Depending on your selected service, this may include lymphatic breast care, abdominal work, or uterine alignment techniques, all applied within your comfort and consent.

You will be draped appropriately at all times, and all areas of work will be clearly explained beforehand. There is no expectation to include any specific focus area unless you feel comfortable.

The intention is to create a space where your body can respond without force, allowing for effective and sustainable change.

  • Breast/Chest massage invites nourishment, awareness, and gentle reconnection with a part of the body that has long been misunderstood, overlooked, and often reduced to sexuality and the nourishment of infants alone. Reclaiming relationship with the breasts is also a returning to the heart space, to breath, sensation, and embodied presence.

This work supports release, circulation, and ease through the chest and surrounding tissues. Many women experience softening of tension, improved mobility, relief from congestion, and a deeper sense of connection to their bodies. Breast care can be especially supportive during times of hormonal change, tenderness, emotional holding, or recovery from strain, surgery, or scar tissue.

Sessions use intentional therapeutic touch to encourage healthy movement of blood and lymph while bringing mindful awareness to the tissues. Custom herbal oils, warm compresses, temperature therapy, gua sha, and cupping may be incorporated to support fluid movement and tissue vitality. When appropriate, traditional herbal therapies are included to promote relaxation and circulation.

Education is woven gently throughout the session. You are invited to become more familiar with your own tissue, sensations, and natural rhythms. Together we explore simple, supportive ways to care for your breasts and lymphatic system at home, helping you build confidence, awareness, and trust in your body’s signals.

This work recognizes the intimate relationship between the lymphatic system, emotional experience, and the heart center. The chest often holds what has not yet been expressed or processed. When given attentive, respectful care, these spaces can soften and reorganize. Many women describe the experience as deeply relieving and profoundly heart opening.

Care may extend to the chest, breasts, armpits, abdomen, and womb space, supporting circulation, tissue mobility, and overall reproductive and lymphatic wellbeing. Warm compresses, herbal applications, gua sha, salt treatments, hot stones, and cupping may be included as appropriate to your needs and comfort.

This offering is not a medical examination, but a space for reconnection, education, and embodied care. It is an invitation to listen more closely, tend more lovingly, and participate actively in the wellbeing of your own body.

  • My work is shaped by devotion, not just training.
It comes from a way of living that honors the body as intelligent, relational, and deeply worthy of care in every season of life.

At the heart of my practice is women’s reproductive vitality. I offer forms of bodywork that are still rare to find in most massage settings. This includes attentive lymphatic care and work in places the body often holds quietly and profoundly, such as the armpits, subclavian drainage pathways, inguinal crease, behind the knees, breasts, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and womb space. These areas are approached with reverence, clinical skill, and deep consent. They are not peripheral to health. They are central.

My sessions are not standardized protocols. They are living collaborations. I listen closely, respond precisely, and integrate therapeutic technique with presence, intuition, and education so you leave with a deeper relationship to your own body.

Herbal medicine is also woven throughout my work. Plant oils, topical remedies, and traditional wisdom are not decorative additions but integral partners in supporting circulation, lymphatic movement, tissue nourishment, and reproductive health. This integration reflects a larger commitment to holistic living, where bodywork, plant care, and daily rhythm are part of the same ecosystem of healing.

My foundation is both extensive and evolving. I hold over 1,350 hours of formal massage therapy education, including advanced neuromuscular training through National Holistic Institute. My Ayurvedic and elemental training has unfolded over years of study with DeAnna Batdorff through dhyana Essentials. I have received Visionary Craniosacral Therapy training through Hugh Milne Institute, founded by Hugh Milne.

Beyond formal study, I serve as a lymphatic breast care practitioner at gatherings devoted to women’s healing and earth-based wisdom, including the Northern California Women's Herbal Symposium and Spiritweavers Gathering. These spaces continue to shape the ceremonial, relational, and heart-centered nature of my work.

Ultimately, what makes my practice different is not only what I do, but how I hold it.
This is care rooted in relationship.
    Skill guided by listening.
    Structure softened by reverence.

My intention is not simply to help your body feel better, but to help you feel more connected, more informed, and more at home within it.

  • You can reach me anytime via the contact page or email. I aim to respond quickly, usually within one business day.

  • Sessions are offered at a set rate that reflects the full value of the time, presence, skill, and care devoted to each person.

    60 minutes $180
    90 minutes $270
    120 minutes $360

The exchange is complete as listed, and there is no expectation of additional tipping.

This is not a spa setting, but a private practice held within a private residence and rooted in relationship, intention, and sustainability. The structure of my pricing is designed to support the depth of care I offer while also honoring the energy and resources required to sustain this work.

For those who feel moved to contribute beyond the listed rate, please know that your generosity directly supports community care. Additional contributions help make sessions accessible for clients who are not able to meet standard pricing. In this way, those who have greater capacity help hold space for others.

A sliding scale is available upon request. I trust each person to choose a rate that feels honest, respectful, and sustainable for their current season of life. Reduced rate sessions are offered in limited number and are held with care and integrity for both practitioner and client.

My intention is to keep this work rooted in reciprocity, accessibility, and mutual respect.

  • Working with me is a deeply relational experience. My intention is to create a space where your body feels safe enough to soften, unwind, and communicate freely. Many people describe a sense of being truly held, not just physically, but emotionally and energetically as well. You are welcomed exactly as you are, with whatever your body is carrying that day.

Sessions tend to unfold slowly and attentively. I listen with my hands, following the body’s cues rather than imposing a rigid structure. This often allows people to drop into a profound state of rest, sometimes described as dreamlike or meditative, where the nervous system can reorganize and restore itself more fully.

My work weaves together therapeutic skill, intuitive attunement, and focused clinical attention. You may experience nurturing holding alongside precise, targeted techniques that address tension, stagnation, or imbalance. Many clients notice that areas long guarded or overlooked begin to release when approached with patience and respect.

Education is also part of the experience. I share what I notice, help you understand your body’s patterns, and offer guidance so you can continue caring for yourself beyond the session. The work is collaborative, responsive, and grounded in trust.

People often say they leave feeling deeply settled, more connected to their bodies, and supported in ways that extend far beyond the table. Over time, sessions can become an ongoing relationship with your own healing process, one rooted in safety, curiosity, and steady care.

  • Quick Answer: What is Lymphatic Breast Care?

Lymphatic breast care is a gentle, hands-on approach that supports the natural flow of lymph within the breast tissue. Using slow, precise, and attentive touch, it helps reduce congestion, support immune function, and maintain healthy breast tissue. Rooted in both clinical understanding and Ayurvedic principles, this work nourishes the lymphatic system, supports reproductive and breast vitality, and encourages a sense of ease and connection within the body.

    Who is this for?

Lymphatic breast care may be supportive for those who are experiencing:

    • Post-surgical swelling or recovery (including mastectomy, lumpectomy, or augmentation, with medical clearance)
    • Breast tenderness, fullness, or a sense of congestion
    • Fluid retention or sluggish lymphatic movement
    • Scar tissue or restricted mobility in the chest and surrounding areas
    • A desire for preventive, supportive breast care

It is also for those seeking a more intentional relationship with their body, including support for pelvic and uterine health, or those wanting to incorporate holistic, Ayurvedic approaches into their care.

When should I avoid or consult first?

This work is gentle but still clinically informed. Please consult with your healthcare provider before booking if you have:

    • An active infection, fever, or acute inflammation
    • Undiagnosed lumps or changes in breast tissue
    • Active cancer or are currently undergoing treatment (unless approved by your care team)
    • Recent surgery without medical clearance
    • Any condition where lymphatic work has been advised against

Your safety and well-being are always the priority, and sessions are adapted to meet your individual needs and stage of healing.

    What is Lymphatic Breast Care?

Lymphatic breast care is a gentle, intentional approach to supporting the health of the breasts through the movement of lymph, nourishment of tissue, and restoration of natural flow within the body. It combines hands-on lymphatic techniques with an understanding of breast anatomy, nervous system regulation, and the subtle energetics of the heart and chest.

The breasts are composed of glandular tissue, ducts, fatty tissue, and an intricate network of lymphatic vessels. This lymphatic system plays a vital role in immune function and the clearing of metabolic waste, moving fluid through lymph nodes located along the sternum and under the arms. When this flow becomes sluggish, it may contribute to sensations of fullness, tenderness, or stagnation within the tissue.

Through slow, precise, and attuned touch, lymphatic breast care supports the natural movement of this fluid, encouraging circulation, reducing congestion, and helping the body return to a state of balance. This work can be especially supportive for post-surgical recovery, breast tenderness, swelling, or as part of ongoing preventive care.

From an Ayurvedic perspective, the breasts are governed primarily by rasa dhatu (plasma and lymph) and meda dhatu (fat tissue). Healthy flow of rasa supports hydration, lymphatic movement, and overall tissue vitality. Imbalances in this system may show up as dryness, stagnation, swelling, or sensitivity, often influenced by one’s constitutional tendencies (doshas).

Lymphatic breast care also acknowledges the emotional and energetic landscape of the chest. The heart center is often a place where experiences such as stress, grief, or holding patterns are stored. With skilled, listening hands, this work offers space for both physical and subtle release, supporting a deeper sense of connection within the body.

Each session is approached with care, clarity, and respect for the body’s pace. This is not forceful work, but rather a collaborative process that supports the body’s innate intelligence to restore flow, vitality, and integration over time.
